Debbie told me to send her a copy of the new Deed and she would make the changes to our State Farm policy. Her sharp eyes and attention to detail saved us from a lot of legal problems down the road. She noticed that the Deed stated our house was in Madison County- it is in TUSCALOOSA county. Not the attorneys or us or anyone else who read this document noticed it. We got it corrected and all is well. I am so grateful to Debbie and thankful for her help!!!"
